Chemical assistance is one of the Dollmar group’s workhorses carried out by the internal Research and Development laboratory. The Research & Development area develops new formulations and tailor-made solutions to respond to all the requests of our customers.

In addition, the laboratory provides product analyzes and compatibility checks. These are some of the services that our laboratory offers, always willing to evaluate new possible solutions.

The mechanical division, on the other hand, thanks to the internal team of technical-commercial specialists, is today a point of reference for the management of the chemical process in surface treatment.

In fact, it supports companies with services ranging from mechanical maintenance of washing and treatment plants to the assessment of the environmental impact and safety of the plants themselves and the products used.

Furthermore, our services are characterized by a consulting and customer support approach, through, for example, continuous updating on the regulations of the various sectors.

Last but not least, Dollmar supports its customers in the approval of solvents. All the documentation useful for our customers is prepared to proceed with the approval of our products. Our internal team also takes care of keeping this documentation up-to-date and integrating it every time the reference regulations undergo changes or variations.
