Dollcoat SA

Dollmar laboratory has experimented with the application of nanotechnologies to industrial coatings, always taking into account the needs and the reality of every varnisher's work.

Thanks to the studies and experience in the field, Dollmar has formulated several nanotechnology products for surface conversion. Here is the Dollcoat SA line:

Dollcoat SA 115

A nanotechnical passivating for all metals, ideal for final passivation of iron, aluminum and zinc. The product also provides an excellent pre-cataforesis passivation, used for example in the production of steel wheels. Dollcoat SA 115 provides 1000 hours of salt mist resistance: the objective achieved with nanotechnology pretreatment of polyester powder coated steel products.

Dollcoat SA 119

Product based on non-fluorinated oligomers, which does not contain metal, resin, salt or acid. The product is used on very hot surfaces (200-450 °). The passivated surfaces are colorless and can be painted immediately without any further treatment, ensuring a good adhesion of the paint. This product is also compatible with any pre-treatment applied after a long exposure to the external environment.

Dollcoat SA 121

The product, approved by QUALICOAT, is used for nanotechnological conversion of coil and aluminum profiles and it is also used on aluminum castings.

Dollcoat SA 113

It is an "anti-finger/easy to clean" product for all types of metal, characterized by a low surface tension and high abrasion resistance. Dollcoat SA 113 is used in various sectors, from mechanics to fittings, from automotive to architecture.
