Isocyanates

Isocyanates are one of the basic substances to produce polyurethane products.

The ISOCIANATES family comprises a group of low molecular weight aromatic or aliphatic compounds containing the isocyanate radical (-NCO).

They are widely used in the manufacture of sponges, rigid or flexible foams, coatings such as paints and varnishes, adhesives, sealants and elastomers. Di-isocyanates are increasingly used in the automotive industry and in the production of building insulation materials.
