Some products for pickling of stainless steel:
- Dollox FS 570 and Dollox AO 580 are pickling products with low environmental impact that can be used to replace the traditional systems based on nitric acid
Some products for pickling copper and alloys:
- Dollacid CU 508 product based on organic acids particularly suitable for pickling oxidized copper
- Dollox AO 553 and Dollclean AD 709 ideal for pickling of brass
The phosphorous-based chemicals are intended for the pretreatment of heavily oxidized surfaces and allow to remove calamine from iron, oxides from zinc-coatedand to effectively etch the aluminum.
These products are used before painting and are often combined with nanotechnological products in the final stage of pretreatment.
Some phosphorous-based picklings are Dollacid FD 540 and Dollacid FD 545.
The alkaline chemicals are used to remove calamine before the phosphating and other surface conversions. These particular products are also known as “heavy duty degreasers” because they fulfil heavy tasks such as oils and oxides elimination.
Some alkaline products are Dollclean AS 420 and Dollclean AS 421.
